  If i can give this place a zero, I would give them a zero or a negative. DO NOt BUY A CONDO HERE! The unit is made out of very cheap materials. There are so much issues in my unit! All of the condo managers except the first one (Portuguese lady) are horrible. The two lady managers are worst than previous managers. They dont care! They act like they own you or the place. They charge for parking for visitors. There are so much space on p2 and p3 and they cant even let owners/tenant use or rent some of those spaces. Do you think people only own 1 car? You also now have to put a $500 deposit to use the library or the table tennis and have it booked to use it in advance! DONT BUY A CONDO HERE! EXPO IS HORRIBLE. CORTEL GROUP IS SOOO BAD!
