  We had our front and back door replaced by this company in May 2017. Their price was competitive and they did decent work; however, it is now 6 months since our door was installed and we are having problems with it. It is not closing properly. The top right corner does not fit into the frame properly so it catches every time and has to be forced shut. I have been trying to contact the company via email, phone (left a voicemail last week) and their Facebook page, with no response. (They replied to my email last Thursday saying they would send a technician but no one has come yet). I am disappointed that I am having such difficulty contacting them!!! Also, our installation date was pushed back 3 weeks from the original given date. It was supposed to be installed in mid-April and only got installed in early May. I didn't love how the installation team wasn't all that careful about not getting our house super dusty. (If we had known how much dust there was going to be we would have removed everything from the area and around!). These are the reasons why I am only giving this company 2 stars, and I probably would not recommend them to my friends.
